Service Delivery Expectations:
1Provides 5.5 hours of direct (face-to-face) client related service delivery per day.2Maintains client confidentiality at all times.3Provides assessments, individual, group, and family therapy in compliance with DMH standards.Documentation and Quality Improvement:
4Documents appropriate activities in case note format that justify the need for treatment.5Completes and submits service logs per agency policy.6Maintains case record documentation that is adequate, appropriate, complete, and timely.7Works with treatment team to collect necessary information for PA submissionAssists with PA process as assigned.8Maintains outcome information for client's being discharged from day treatment program.Interpersonal and Leadership Skills:
9Attends and participates appropriately in clinical staffing.10Responds to clients needs in an appropriate and timely manner.11Demonstrates appropriate interactions with coworkers that promote a pleasant work environment.Support Duties:
12Completes additional job duties assigned by supervisor.13Seeks professional certification and/or licensure and clinical training opportunities.14Provides clinical supervision for day treatment programs as assigned.15Participates in interagency collaboration for the provision of client services when assignedServes as liaison with local school systems providing progress reports and program information in a timely manner.16Notifies County Administrator a minimum of two hours in advance of any program absence so that County Administrator can arrange program coverage if necessary.17When utilizing a CCS vehicle:
Signs out vehicles in compliance with CCS policyCompletes inspection prior to drivingMaintains safe driving habitsEnsures cleanliness of vehicles18Serves as lead or back-up emergency on-call person when requested to do so.(Annually at a minimum)Key ResponsibilitiesClinical licensure or DMH certification within 30 days of hire and maintained throughout duration of employmentRequires excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Requires satisfactory completion of CPR prior to reporting to the work siteRequires satisfactory completion of CPI within 30 days of employment.Requires ability to be covered under company insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation (as requested).Requires valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance.Requires ability to transport clients in private vehicle when necessary.Requires completion of annual training in compliance with DMH standards.Requires working knowledge of the DSM.Previous experience as a therapist in a mental health setting strongly preferred.Previous experience working with an SMI/SED or DD population in a treatment setting strongly preferred.Minimum EducationMastersMinimum RequirementsMasters degree in behavioral science or related field.Licensure/CertificationClinical licensure or eligible for certification through the Mississippi Department of Mental Health.Applications Close Date Recommended Skills Assessments Cpr Clinical Works Confidentiality Customer Service Defensive Driving Apply to this job. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
