Assistant Process Tech


The assistant process manager provides functional and technical support to the Process Manager.
Utilizes tools, techniques and practices for identifying and validating processes
Designing processes and workflow that maximize efficiency, maintain high levels of customer experience, and comply with regulatory and audit requirements.
Manages complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation. Provides assistance and applies expertise to development teams on tools and approaches to automate and streamline key processes.
Anticipates and plans for process integration opportunities that support business objectives. Creates process changes by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicates these changes to affected areas.
Maintains contact with key personnel to ensure their expectations are clarified, understood and met.
Defines success factors for potential applications or systems.
Evaluates the processes and tools for risk assessment and benefits analysis.
Conducts, documents and communicates basic assessment reviews and walkthroughs.
Skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Written and verbal communication
Analytical (auditing, classifying, compiling, trend analysis)
Ability to work minimum supervision

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
