o Meet or Exceed Sales Goals o 45
hours per week (full time) o Engage customers to explore sales opportunities o Conduct bill reviews on customers accounts o Maintain standards for personal activations o Learn how to use and demonstrate wireless applications for customers o Attend and conduct all required meetings o Conduct daily one-on-ones and monthly employee evaluations o Maintain profitability of the retail location o Other duties as assigned o Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner
Qualifications:
o High school diploma o Must be 18 years or older o BS/BA preferred o Telecom experience preferred o Minimum 2 year of retail sales experience o Sales Management experience preferred o Ability to learn new products and services in a timely manner o Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
